1. Intellectual Property

All visual content, logos, uniform designs, and trade names of ABA SPORT are the exclusive property of their respective owners. The reproduction, modification, or distribution of the content or garments without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Availability and Prices

• All products are subject to inventory availability.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time your purchase is confirmed.
• If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, the customer will be notified in order to offer an exchange or a full refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery Process

We operate with a logistics process designed to ensure your order arrives safely:

• Timeframes: Order processing takes 5 to 7 business days for sales with available inventory and 15 to 20 business days for pre-orders.
• Coverage: We ship throughout the Mexican Republic and offer international shipping upon customer request. International shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
• Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier company. We will provide a tracking number for shipment tracking.

4. Exchange and Return Policy

Given the nature of sportswear and special editions:

• Period: The customer has 15 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange.
• Conditions: Garments must be new, with original tags, and with no signs of use, washing, or sweat or deodorant stains.
• Sizes: We recommend reviewing the “Size Guide” before purchasing. Shipping costs for size exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility and the product must be returned to origin.
• Since some of our garments are limited edition, an exchange option may not be available.
• Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a sewing or printing defect, ABA SPORT will cover all return and replacement expenses.

ABASPORT does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. Should a customer request an exchange due to exceptional circumstances, all shipping costs—including the return shipping label and the cost of shipping the replacement item to the final destination—must be covered entirely by the customer. By making an international purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.

5. Payments and Security

We use encrypted payment gateways, SSL, to ensure that your banking information is never stored on our servers. We accept:

• Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
• Alternative payment methods: PayPal, Mercado Pago.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been handed over to the courier company. Once shipped, you must follow the corresponding return process.
