Shipping and Returns

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In cases of high demand or extraordinary circumstances, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipments are made through domestic and international courier providers managed through the Envia.com logistics platform.

Available carriers may include, depending on destination and availability: DHL, Estafeta, FedEx, UPS, among others.

Information required for shipments to the United States of America

To process international orders to the U.S., the shipping company or customs broker may request a recipient identifier such as a Social Security number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), or passport for import and customs clearance procedures. This information is used solely for shipping purposes and not for credit, internal tax, or commercial purposes.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the selected carrier and the destination area.

  • Domestic shipments: approximately 3 to 10 business days. For pre-orders, shipping time may vary, so the shipping label must be available within 15 to 20 days.
  • International shipments, if applicable: 5 to 15 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to external causes such as weather conditions, high demand, logistics events, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package directly on the website of the corresponding carrier.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Shipments are managed through external courier providers via Envia.com.

Once the order is handed over to the courier company:

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier.
  • Any delay, damage, or loss will be handled according to the policies and claim processes of the corresponding carrier.

We will assist with the clarification process when necessary.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the reshipping cost.

7. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after receiving the product.

8. Conditions for Accepting Returns

For a return to be approved:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must keep its original tags.
  • It must be in perfect condition.
  • It must include its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products on promotion or clearance.
  • Underwear, for hygiene reasons.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
9. Return Process
  1. Send an email to: contacto@abasport.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will send you the instructions and, if applicable, a return label generated through our logistics system with Envia.com.
  4. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
10. Return Costs
  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a size exchange or personal preference, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
11. Refunds

Once the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used.
  • The process may take between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment platform.
12. Logistics Responsibility

Return logistics may be managed through the Envia.com platform.
However, the commercial relationship and approval of returns correspond exclusively to our store.

Our store uses external logistics providers for the management of shipments and returns. Transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected carrier.
